ArkAid is providing service to Wildlife Rescue Groups e.g. Wildcare NT and a Wildlife Sanctuary near Darwin (Batchelor – Nina’s Ark)
If you have experience caring for wildlife you can apply to become an wildlife carer. It is a good idea to join a rescue group, so you have support and a knowledge base.
ArkAid is offering training courses for carers or anyone who would like to become a carer.
Wildcare NT is currently the only rescue organization in Darwin. They can assist you to become a carer and will provide a mentor for you.
