Volunteers play an important role for our organization. Without your support we would not be able to offer our free veterinary service for wildlife.
Rehabilitation and working with wildlife is primarily a labor of love. In Darwin most home-based rehabilitators have full or part-time jobs in addition to their rehabilitation duties. Like most Wildlife Hospitals Ark Aid is a nonprofit organization and volunteers perform most of the work.

| Volunteer | Every single person has skills and experience to make a difference and help our course. We sometimes need handy man, to help up with our setups, computer or marketing people for promotions, people who would like to do school talks or help in gereal. Please talk to us and see how you can help. |
| Support for our vet service | A person committed to assisting vets and vet nurses with the care and comfort of injured wildlife. Currently this would be only on request as we don’t know how many cases we get in each day plus volunteering might not always be possible. But we are happy to discuss details with you. |
| Hospital AdminVolunteer | Assists with administration and data entry. |
| Fundraising Volunteer | Help us with fundraising and assist secure donations to support the our work at the ArkAid Wildlife Hospital facilities. Help with admin tasks receiving donations, organizing fundraising events to raise the profile of the great work our organisation does each day. |
